Chef David Leigh

My Story

Chef David began his career in 1988 with Jim Guth’s Chicago Caterers, the hottest caterer town at the time. This led to stints with J and L, Food for Thought, Elegant Edge, and Jordan’s Food of Distinction. He also spent time cooking for clients of personal trainer Jim Karas, as well as cultivating his own private clients with Lakeshore Events. David has wonderful improvisational skills and custom menu implementations, as well as an eye for detail and style. He is familiar with any dietary restrictions and can make meals with creativity and flavor.
