Catered Events
At Lakeshore Catering we customize each menu specifically to your needs, keeping in mind any allergies or dietary restrictions. We have gluten free options and plenty of vegan, vegetarian dishes available.
Our dishes are creative and colorful with an artistic flair!
Private Chef
I have 25 years of experience as a personal chef. My travels have taken me aboard luxury yachts, private islands, several continents and Chicago areas finest estates.
Please feel free to inquire about contracting me out for long or short-term private chef services. My past travels make me feel at ease going anywhere, worldwide.
Wedding Meals
From large indoor events to intimate backyard gatherings and receptions, I will help you coordinate a truly memorable meal for you and your guests.
We will work together to plan a custom menu, anything from a sit down plated dinner with multiple courses to a casual buffet with passed hors d’œuvres.
Yacht Chef Service
My yachting background has prepared me to properly provision a vessel with efficiency and speed. I have navigational skills and have performed engine room duties as well as operated small vessels. Yachting has taught me the importance of being very well prepared, organized and disciplined.
Classes / Consultations
We can offer individual or group classes in your home for adults and children. Have your kids learn to to make pizza or roll your own sushi.
With our classes we will provide printed recipes of your dishes. One of our favorites is to have a group of kids have “Iron Chef” competitions.
Drop Off Meals
Let us doing the cooking!
Families are way too busy to focus on creating interesting healthy meals. Our goal is to provide your family a variety of customized dishes dropped off at your convenience. We will keep track of your preferences and favorites. Each meal will be delivered with reheat with instructions and list of ingredients.
We can prepare in your home or at our remote kitchen site. All dietary restrictions will be followed. Menus will be emailed each week for approval.
Lake Shore Private Chef Service
Our mission is to provide creative meals and excellent service in the privacy of your home. Your menu will be specifically designed according to your dietary requirements and budget. We will work with each client individually to ensure your event is a true dining experience.
We use 100% organics when possible, with a focus on locally grown seasonal ingredients.
